For many, losing faith in God is a harrowing experience. For Alabama metalcore quartet Gideon, the process was not only difficult — but unspeakably liberating. Raised as Southern Baptists, the members of Gideon were quickly shoehorned into the Christian hardcore scene shortly after forming.
