As It Is, is the second single from upcoming album Behind Closed Doors. Glenn on the song: After watching an interview with a well known politician's dad on Channel 4 (check out the Pinocchio incident), I felt compelled to put pen to paper and write this song. As usual, I don't really know how to categorise the genre here. Maybe it's urban folk, alternative folk, English folk, whatever. Reviewers have likened my songs to Billy Bragg, Frank Turner and Beans on Toast, so maybe that's a good place to start? As a London based singer songwriter, I utilised my local east London neighbourhood for the setting as I walk these streets every day. Anyway, I hope this video brightens your mood somewhat.
