Today, the Red Hot Chili Peppers are enough of a behemoth within rock music that one can’t imagine them ever shaking up their ranks too much, or wanting to. That said, the band is now doing just that, as it was announced today that guitarist John Klinghoffer will be parting ways with the Chili Peppers — but his replacement is none other that former RHCP guitarist John Frusciante.
