Fresh off hiatus, tech-death-metallers Abiotic are back with a bang and album number three, titled Ikigai, set to drop Friday, February 12, 2021 via The Artisan Era. The band recently shot a video for the song “Smoldered” featuring Chaney Crabb of Entheos, which can be viewed below: Abiotic called up a few friends to guest on Ikigai including Trevor Strnad (The Black Dahlia Murder), Chaney Crabb (Entheos), Brandon Ellis (The Black Dahlia Murder), Scott Carstairs (Fallujah), Jared Smith (Archspire), and Jonathan Carpenter (ex-The Contortionist).
