SNUFF leader Duncan Redmonds conceived Billy No Mates as a solo venture back in 2004. Like most everything else he touches, it turned to gold in the form of numerous LP and EP releases. After recording and producing ‘We Are Legion’ by himself, Duncan recruited a ‘European’ band and ‘Japanese’ band to back him on respective tours. Back in 2010, the same year ‘Billy’ released his last album ‘Duck, Duck, Goose!’, a recording session took place at Motor Studios in San Francisco with a (potential?) ‘USA’ band featuring the all-star roster of Joey Cape (Lagwagon), Tyson Annicharico (Dead To Me) and Sergie Loobkoff (Samiam). ‘S.F.
