This Is The The Rejected Album Cover For AC/DC’s Highway To Hell
This year AC/DC are celebrating the 40th anniversary of their firebreathing rock’n’roll classic Highway To Hell. The final record to feature Bon Scott on vocals, it gave the world such timeless anthems as Shot Down In Flames, Touch Too Much and Girl Got Rhythm. And, of course, the title track. It also gave us an iconic AC/DC album cover, with a devilish Angus (complete with horns and tail) snarling into the lens while his band leer around him. Pure attitude. But it turns out this wasn’t the original artwork at all. Posting on Instagram, the band have shared the rejected album sleeve, which is much more hellish.
