Palm Ghosts Premieres Their Pensive “Aftermath” Music Video

It’s been an eventful year in the lead-up to Palm Ghosts’ brand-new EP Decoder. The band builds more anticipation today with the premiere of the music video for “Aftermath.” The song plays somewhat like a hymn. It feels devotional in nature as lead singer and bassist Joseph Lekkas asks rhetorically, “Why do you pave a road to a place you do not wish to go?” It’ll get in your head for sure, but in the most gratifying of ways. Commenting on the song, Lekkas states: “‘Aftermath’ is about the manifestation of fear and the slow-building dread that leads us away from our own self-interests.” “Aftermath” is the fifth and final single to come from Decoder.
