Henry Cox was just seven years old when it happened. He was sitting in the passenger seat of his parents’ car near a now demolished bus station in the centre of Blackpool, idly looking out of the window. All of a sudden, he saw a body fall from up high, landing a mere 10 metres away from his side of the vehicle.
