Batushka Replace Dimmu Borgir At Bloodstock Festival
Polish black metallers Batushka have replaced Dimmu Borgir at this weekend’s Bloodstock festival. Dimmu Borgir were scheduled to play the main stage this Sunday (August 11), but have had to cancel their performance due to a band member falling ill. “Dimmu Borgir regrets to inform you that we have to cancel our appearance at this year’s Bloodstock due to illness,” say the band in a statement. “The doctors have ordered full rest for minimum one week, and instructed that performing a show this weekend would increase the situation further. We are truly sorry about this, as we had been looking enormously forward to returning to Bloodstock this year.
