After a little fortification we made it to the main festival in time for … Stiff Little Fingers, original ’70s punks from Belfast who were rocking it in the overly bright sunshine… Followed by Gogol Bordello who are fantastic live every time we’ve seen them. From there we moved to the second “party” stage to catch Quicksand, post-hardcore from New York, new to us and and such a fascinating sound.
