Green Day’s Saviors hits Number One in the UK charts: “We love you all”

Congratulations are in order for Green Day, who’ve just scored their fifth UK Number One with the brilliant, 4/5‑rated Saviors! The punk rock legends released album number 14 last Friday, and fans have not only been streaming it in their droves but snapping it up in physical formats, too, with Saviors also topping the Official Vinyl Albums Chart this week (reportedly one-third of their total sales were from vinyl).
