Ghost Town Remedy specialize in a wry, crushingly-honest, punky power-pop. Lyrically, they tie together topics as disparate as computer gaming, tragedy, seasonal depression, weed, Taco Bell and the friend zone. The band have now released their new full length “Dry Spell“, the album is more complex than it’s catchy choruses and shred-heavy soundscapes might initially suggest. It is, of course, a breakup record that tackles the immediate and notable downturn in physical intimacy.
