Last night, the genre-defying enigma Poppy opened the show at WWE NXT: Takeover Portland.Held in front of a capacity crowd at the Moda Center, the metal-meets-kawaii-meets-industrial-meets-everything artist opened the night with her track Fill The Crown – taken from her latest full-length I Disagree – while a promo video for the event aired overhead.This isn’t the first time Poppy has been involved in NXT. On the Halloween edition last year, she performed the title track from I Disagree to kick off the show, and played Io Shirai to the ring with her track Scary Mask.
