U.K. punk band Weatherstate have returned, following the release of their debut album Born A Cynic, with their new single, and video, “Current Dose.” Weatherstate are preparing for the release of their second album later in the year, having spent a good amount of the pandemic working on new material and collaborating with Four Year Strong’s Alan Day to remotely produce some of their new tracks. Regarding “Current Dose,” the band says, “It was actually one of the first songs we wrote for the new record and the first we worked on with Alan Day. It’s one of the grittiest songs we’ve written to date.
