Tomorrow: Legendary Punks Refused Bring The Revolution To A Tiny London Dive Bar
Following on from the exhilarating feminist punk of the UK’s own Petrol Girls in October, we’ve got even more punk rock goodness on the way in the latest instalment of The K! Pit. In association with Rizla, legendary Swedish punk rockers Refused stopped via our favourite East London dive bar, Blondies, on their current UK headline tour with Thrice. Of course, the group have been known for their incendiary live shows since their formation in Umeå all the way back in 1991, and after breaking up and later reforming in 2014, their reputation continues to grow still. With academies and huge festival stages alike under their belt, it was a brilliantly refreshing change to invite Dennis Lyxzén and co. to perform in front of just 50 lucky fans, and Refused made the most of it...
