After some time away, Sullen Waves is making a poignant return today with the premiere of their new song “Experience From Before.” Invented by singer and guitarist Alex Pratsyuk, the LA-based band was quite active about a decade ago. We featured them a few times around the time of the release of their debut EP, Sense of Emergency. Pratsyuk formed the band in 2014. They had a pretty nice early run, but then things went quiet.
