I’m sure we all had that one band we found out about during the lockdown and couldn’t wait for the day for them to play a live show. Well, that was Mannequin Pussy for me. They were legit one of those bands that were in my Spotify Discover Weekly playlist, and I was like who?!, but I am so glad I hit play on that song. Also, how can I not resist checking out a band with that name. Fast forward to 2021, shortly after an incredible first tour back with Japanese Breakfast, Mannequin Pussy announced their own headlining tour and I couldn’t be more stoked to see a couple of Los Angeles dates in that list.
