Tim Armstrong’s Epitaph imprint Hellcat Records has teamed up with Tapehead City to give Operation Ivy‘s classic Energy a 35th anniversary cassette reissue. There’s a “2-Tone edition” and a “UV edition,” both limited to 1000 copies each. Per the product page: “Both variants were duplicated using RTM tape and include the remastered versions of all 19 original tracks. The 2-Tone shell print is from an actual scan of the original cassette. The UV print includes imagery direct from album artwork.
