Garbage have followed the release of their seventh studio album, No Gods No Masters, with a music video for “The Creeps” by Javi Mi Amor, the Chilean director, animator, and painter. The video capitalizes on Javi Mi Amor’s unique application of cartoonish animations to create a blend of realistic and digitally manipulated imagery fitting to Garbage’s trademark blend of sounds. “This is a record I was supposed to make,” frontwoman Shirley Manson says of No Gods No Masters. “Lord only knows what the fans will think, but for me, personally, it’s immensely satisfying.” Stream or purchase No Gods No Masters here.
