Mark Lanegan, former frontman with Seattle legends Screaming Trees, QOTSA collaborator and celebrated solo artist, has died, aged 57. “Our beloved friend Mark Lanegan passed away this morning at his home in Killarney, Ireland,” read a statement announcing his passing on Twitter. “A beloved singer, songwriter, author and musician he was 57 and is survived by his wife Shelley.
