It’s been quite some time since I planned on arriving to a concert two hours before doors. Glass Animals is the exception. So much so that I flew into Denver for the occasion. A friend and I had discussed for about two-and-a-half minutes before deciding that Red Rocks Amphitheatre was definitely happening. That’s all the time needed to make that decision. We made it to the half moon parking lot, just around 5 pm. This is where we did some minor hiking all the TikToks warned us about. Upon reaching the parking lot at the top, we discovered people were tailgating, with food, drinks, and games.
