Following the August news that Nevermind swimming baby Spencer Elden would be suing Nirvana over alleged “child pornography” and exploitation, Dave Grohl has given a brief comment on the situation. When asked by Vulture what his “stance” on the lawsuit is, Dave responds, “I don’t know that I can speak on it because I haven’t spent too much time thinking about it. I feel the same way most people do in that I have to disagree.
