Brazil’s Clandestinas emerged in 2017 from the need to make themselves heard about gender and sexuality standards. Clandestinas exist and stand together with all women and will continue to use their music, bodies and affections to fight machismo, patriarchy, racism, homophobia and all the various forms of structural oppression.
