Acid Tongue, on their latest bar floor stomping offering, “Acid on the Dance Floor,” the title is literal. Acid Tongue’s fourth full-length, Acid on the Dance Floor, due out April 12th, 2024, showcases their now signature sound and a back-to-basics approach to rock music. Incorporating elements of glam, R&B and post-punk, the album is a loud, funky and chaotic acid trip that redefines “the Seattle sound.” Guy Keltner divulges on their ode to an acid trip: “This song was inspired by taking acid and going out dancing. I have overdone it with LSD on a handful of occasions, and the results have been terrifying. What sort of person drops acid and goes to a dance club?
