Today, the highly anticipated debut album from LA’s all-female punk band The Linda Lindas was released today via Epitaph Records. Called Growing Up, the album was produced by Carlos de la Garza who previously worked with Paramore, Bad Religion, Best Coast, and Bleached. The band previously raised to prominence with a video of their live performance of Racist, Sexist Boy at the LA Public Library going viral. Since then, the band – comprised of sisters Mila de la Garza (drummer, now 11) and Lucia de la Garza (guitar, 14), cousin Eloise Wong (bass, 13), and family friend Bela Salazar (guitar, 17) – have been going non stop with appearances on The Late Late Show With James Corden, cameos on the film Moxie.
