THOUGHTCRIMES, the Long Island-based hardcore band whose music has been described as “unrelenting” (Consequence) and “brutal” (Revolver), have released a new song: “The Drowning Man” via Pure Noise Records. “My intention was to create a song with no boundaries of influence”, explains guitar player Russ Savarese, with singer Rick Pepa adding: “In a series of unfortunate events, personal and otherwise, ‘The Drowning Man’ is a tongue-in-cheek reflection. An ode to back luck”. Thoughtcrimes is rounded out by drummer Billy Rymer (Dillinger Escape Plan), guitar player Brian Sullivan, and bass player Cody Hosza.
