After Metallica (sort of) starred in The Last Of Us Part II last month when Ellie covered Nothing Else Matters via Twitch streamer KnotsWithFoxy, now blink-182 bassist Mark Hoppus is bringing his own band’s music to the videogame by performing Dammit. As is in keeping with the game, the musician works out an acoustic rendition – played by Ellie – of the track as he goes (as captured on Twitch), giving the Dude Ranch single an entirely new feel from its anthemic, pop-punk original.
