Wonk Unit, the unique punk phenomenon born out of the South London town of Croydon, are seeing 2019 out in style and with a smile, with a UK tour in December and a live album ‘Love In Chapan’. Recorded live at Wonkfest, the bands now legendary annual festival event at The Dome, North London on the 1st of July 2017, the album captures the very essence and heart of the Wonk Unit live experience and sound. “I’d sat on the recording of ‘Love in Chapan’ for over a year before I listened,” explains explains frontman Alex Johnson. “Live recordings are always so bad right.
