It might sound like I’m repeating myself here, but when you hear an album for the first time and it hits all the right spots, then its hard not to. This has to be Wonk Units finest moment in a long and illustrious career (those last words are so shitty and corny, but they just typed themselves, so who am I to replace them), its an album that has all the writing of someone who’s life is wrapped up in every word, but this latest of eleven albums somehow feels different, a little more introspective than normal. From the start you’re dropped into the heart of Wonk Unit, ‘Rapidly Declining Dignity’ is a straight up look at life fighting the systems around you just to survive, slowly chipping away at what dignity you have, you are defiantly still here though.
