Boston-based singer/songwriter Sam Johnson is sharing the video for his song “Bad World,” off his debut solo record, Along the Dark Edges of Everything. Johnson spent the last decade as the frontman for the post-hardcore band, Choke Up, and his punk rock roots and country heart are surely evident in his solo work, crafting songs about gratitude and grief that also borrow from folk, Americana, and indie rock.
