Pop-punkers Vallory Falls have delivered their debut album, To Save You, true to their heart-on-the-sleeve ethos. The Vermont band combines different flavours of punk and alternative rock into a collection of songs focused on introspection, escapism and social uneasiness. Kicking off the album with a bang, “Never Bailed” opens the floodgates with a mosh-worthy pace and hardcore-inspired chugs. It’s one of a few moments on the album that teeters on the edge of chaos before getting reined back in by the band.
