Philadelphia-based band, The Polychromatics, are back with In Caeru Leo, their first release of 2025. The EP blends psychedelic, garage rock, and krautrock influences, into a cinematic soundscape that’s musically mature and entertaining. The EP kicks off with a slow-building atmospheric and textural setting with Jordan Schreiber’s captivating vocals guiding listeners in. It’s the perfect intro, setting the tone for what’s to come with the collection of songs. Guitarists John McKenna and Isaac Goad along with bassist Gisli, and drummer Jimmy Arvan join the sonic ranks in what is a strong lineup of musicians that comprise the artistry behind the release.
