The Menzingers have announced a new album, Some Of It Was True, due October 13 via Epitaph (pre-order). The album was produced by Brad Cook (Waxhatchee, Kevin Morby, etc) at Sonic Ranch studio in Texas and mixed by past collaborator Jon Low. It includes recent single “There’s No Place In This World For Me” and the just-released second single “Hope Is A Dangerous Little Thing.” Like the first single, “Hope Is A Dangerous Little Thing” is a little more ragged and a little more Americana, but still with that trademark Menzingers twist.
