The Fall’s “Levitate” Album Gets Deluxe Vinyl Reissue

Levitate was The Fall’s 19th studio album that was originally released in 1997 on Artful Records that is now getting a long overdue reissue on double transparent red vinyl via Cherry Red Records on the 31st January 2025. Levitate was the last album to feature two long-time Fall members Karl Burns and Steve Hanley (The House Of All), the latters playing was once described by frontman Mark E Smith as the defining element of The Fall‘s music. The re-issue of Levitate was re-mastered by long term Fall engineer Andy Pearce and features sleeve notes by Daryl Easlea.
