Last fall, Fred Mascherino (formerly of Breaking Pangaea, Taking Back Sunday, Brody, and Terrible Things, and leader of The Color Fred) went on an acoustic tour performing songs from all of his various projects, and now he’s gearing up to release a new Color Fred EP, Re-Inventions, featuring re-imagined acoustic versions of songs from all five of those projects. He released a new version of Brody’s 1994 song “Against Forgetting” in conjunction with the tour, and we’re now premiering a second track from the EP, “Worst Part,” the classic single from Breaking Pangaea‘s 2003 EP Phoenix.
