Our friends at AltPress and Marshall are putting on a free NYC show with Sweet Pill, Taraneh, Dirt Buyer, and a DJ set from Body Meat. It happens at Baby’s All Right on September 13, and you can RSVP for free entry. There will be “surprises from Marshall and AltPress while supplies last,” and attendees will be among the first to see AltPress’ new fall issue. Earlier this month, Sweet Pill shared a cover of The Wonder Years’ “There, There” for Hopeless Records’ special new edition of their Hopelessly Devoted To You compilation, and their great new EP Starchild came out in March. They have more tour dates through the fall, including festival sets at Best Friends Forever and Riot Fest, and another NYC show at The Brooklyn Monarch on September 27...
