Four great emo/screamo bands have teamed for a four-way split called fourwaysplit, Aren’t We Amphibians, awakebutstillinbed, California Cousins, and Your Arms Are My Cocoon. All four bands bring a different vibe and they all fit very well together: Aren’t We Amphibians brings the melodic Midwest emo vibes to “Country Mac,” awakebutstillinbed embrace their screamy side on “Sovereign,” California Cousins sort of fall right in the middle of those two with “I Cannot Be Alone,” and Your Arms Are My Cocoon wrap up the split with the 46-second bedroom screamo song “Junebug.” Listen to the whole split below.
