Secret World is a new-ish band from the Australian hardcore scene with members of other bands in the Australian hardcore scene, like Speed (guitarist Dennis Vichidvongsa), DowArticlesnside (vocalist Ryan Pond, guitarist Tom Maddocks), Hand of Mercy/Hellions (guitarist Josh Campiao), Beerwolf (bssist Adrian Kelly, drummer James Watroba), and more. They put out a demo on Australian label Last Ride Records last year, and now they just dropped a new single, “Living Less,” via Last Ride and US label Sunday Drive Records. Secret World’s members play in some pretty tough bands, but “Living Less” is a more melodic post-hardcore/alt-rock in the vein of bands like Turnstile, Drug Church, and Militarie Gun.
