South Dakotan outfit The Spill Canvas have announced their signing to Pure Noise Records, along with the forthcoming release of their first album in nine years, Conduit, out March 5. Serving as an introduction for new fans and a throwback to the band’s previous era as a noteworthy purveyor of alternative rock and post-hardcore, The Spill Canvas have also debuted a combustible new video for the album’s lead single “Firestorm.” We last heard from the Sioux Falls quartet with the release of 2018’s three-song EP Hivemind. Conduit, the band’s sixth LP, was recorded at Soundmine Studios in the Pocono Mountains with the help of the band’s manager John Rupp and is entirely self-produced.
