Metallica have released the footage of their orchestra’d-up version of For Whom The Bell Tolls from their S&M2 live album, ahead of its release next Friday (August 28). The show was caught last year when Metallica were invited to open the new San Francisco Chase Center. Teaming up once more with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, with whom they performed the original S&M shows in 1999, they took the original idea and expanded massively, including pure classical pieces, variations of new songs, and a mind-blowing reimagining of Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth), played on an upright bass.
