Hellbent smokes a lot of weed and plays fast songs about fun things. One time, they opened up for Teenage Head in the hopes that their dad’s would be proud. Another time, they crashed Pup’s record release show. They toured east, toured west, chilled during lockdown, and now Hellbent are set to return with their debut album, Primitive Hits. Ahead of the release the band have unleashed Gunundrum, the lead single to be revealed from their forthcoming full Length. Primitive Hits offers up eight songs in eleven hot boxed minutes of cannabis infused, puppy dog loving hardcore punk.
