Flying Raccoon Suit sign to Bad Time Records for new LP ‘Moonflower,’ share “Swan Song”

Mississippi indie-ska-punks Flying Raccoon Suit have signed to Bad Time Records and announced that they’ll follow 2021’s Afterglow with a new album, Moonflower, on November 3 (pre-order). It was recorded and mixed by Derek Kerley and features guest vocals on a song by Paul “Duck” Tucker (“Eat the World”), and the first single is “Swan Song.” It’s a bright, catchy song that finds Flying Raccoon Suit expertly toeing the line between lighter, ’90s-style indie rock, and the rich, horn-fueled ska of that same decade.
