Envy have announced their eighth album, Eunoia, due October 11 via Temporary Residence Ltd (pre-order). It comes over 30 years into the band’s career, and first single “Beyond the Raindrops” finds the band navigating much different territory than the screamo that they’re best known for. It’s a dreamy, shoegazy song with no screaming at all, and it should come as no surprise that Envy are well-equipped to pull this kind of thing off.
