Boston straightedge vets DYS (the first prominent band fronted by Dave Smalley, who went on to front Dag Nasty, ALL, and Down By Law) have announced two shows celebrating the 40th anniversary of their 1983 debut album Brotherhood. That includes a hometown Boston show and their first NYC show in over a decade. Making the NYC show even more legendary, NYC hardcore veterans Citizens Arrest are on the bill for that one too. The NYC show goes down November 9 at TV Eye with the aforementioned Citizens Arrest as well as Maafa, Chumhuffer, and Roll Call; and Boston is on November 10 at The Sinclair with Conservative Military Image, Anklebiter, and Roll Call.
