Indie punks Between Bodies have announced that their debut album, Electric Sleep, will be released in the Fall and have now released their new single & video Stronger Than Me. With this new song, singer and guitarist Christopher Schmidt processes a conflict in his family. In his teens, he learned that his grandfather had been hiding an illegitimate child. Schmidt’s mother tried to approach and contact her half-sister, but was rejected by the rest of the family. “When he became very ill and was ultimately dying, there was a conversation in which my grandfather said he wasn’t strong enough to work through this history, but that it was good that my mother did what he couldn’t.” Stronger Than Me can be streamed here & Electric Sheep can be pre-ordered via KROD R...
