The New Jersey rap infused hardcore crew Bayway have released their new EP, The Newport Sessions, via Daze Records and RTF Records. Taking influence from predecessors like E Town Concrete and Fury of Five, Bayway bring their gritty and aggressive sound to the genre. Completely produced, mixed and mastered by the band in vocalist Jay Way‘s studio, the EP features a classic skit intro leading into three in-your-face tracks. World of Suffering is made for the pit, charging through beefy guitars and raw lyrics. For God Forgives Me, the band recruited Fury Of Five vocalist Stikman and a powerful collaboration emerged, with the more rap-forward delivery complimented by deathcore style growls.
