Basement have been slowly making their post-COVID return with one-off festival appearances in their home country the UK (including a headlining set at this year’s Outbreak Fest), and they recently announced that they’d finally return to the US to play 2012’s beloved Colourmeinkindness in full at When We Were Young in October. And now, they’ve announced their first US shows in five years happening before When We Were Young. Support at the East Coast shows comes from their old friends Ovlov, likeminded Run For Cover labelmates Narrow Head, and Nashville punks Snõõper; and there’s a Sound & Fury-presented show at Hollywood Palladium with No Pressure, Big Boy, and Milly.
