Angry Youth Elite Launch Debut Album “All Riot”

With their debut album, All Riot, Germany’s Angry Youth Elite have catapulted themselves directly into the European skatepunk scene. There are politically charged hardcore edges from the likes of Good Riddance, the positive refusal attitude of early Pennywise, multi-throated singalongs à la Millencolin and an awareness of the roots from the 70s, which extends to a short but concise reggae interjection. Considering what’s going on in the world, the title of their upcoming album couldn’t be more fitting. Anyone who expects nothing more than finger pointing and a moral sermon will be disappointed. Of course the band denounces social injustice and the way mankind deals with the resources of our planet.
