Hardcore is a great genre. It’s one that has evolved from the early punk scene that now sounds very different by many standards, and varies from band to band. But there’s something to be said about old school hardcore, and the bands keeping it alive: the sound, how it makes you feel, the complete aggressive nature of it. Thankfully, Under Attack is bringing that old school hardcore punk sound back for the masses to mosh to. The hardcore quartet based out of Richmond, Virginia is a violent entity that wastes no time delivering blast beat driven, anger-filled songs that won’t take you more than a minute and some change to listen to.
