Like Zeke on the West Coast, the Motorhead way of raw, abrasive volume is the path the Eastern Seaboard’s The Mud City Manglers chose. Unlike the former, the Manglers remained obscure across the nation at a point in time in the late 1990s, early 2000s when bands like Zeke, The Hellacopters, and Supersuckers, among others, were becoming worldwide recognizable names associated with the new era of underground rock ‘n’ roll.
